Sponsor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Christian & Clean Fiction Summer Reading Safari (CFSRS).  This year's event will run from July 1-31.  Sponsor registration is open until July 24, 2020.  For other important dates relating to CFSRS 2020, please visit the Important Dates Page.

Please apply HERE to be a CFSRS sponsor.  Listed below you will find the different types of challenges that are part of the CFSRS event.  Feel free to participate in any one or all of the events.  Application forms for each event are included below.  You MUST fill out the Sponsor Application before filling out the challenge application forms below.

1. Reading Challenge

CFSRS encourages participants to read and review novels and novellas by Christian Fiction and Clean Fiction authors.  Participants earn points by completing Rafflecopter entry options.

Reading Challenge participants get DOUBLE POINTS if they read a sponsoring book.

If accepted, you will provide a copy of your book as a prize in the Rafflecopter giveaway.  Your book cover will be listed alphabetically by author’s last name on the Prize Page with a link to Amazon.  No author bios will be included in the post.

A couple times a week winners will be selected at random by SLB contributors and winners will pick a book from the Prize Page.  You will be notified via email when your book winner has been selected and you will send the book directly to them.

Requirements: Prize book must have an official release date within the past five years, and must be available to purchase on Amazon.  You may submit multiple titles, if desired, as long as each title meets this requirement.

***Note:
  • Preferred, but not required, is that this book be different than the one you enter in one of the other challenges
  • For consideration: If your book was not published within the last five years, but you would still like it to be featured please contact CFSRS contributors.

2. Facebook Group Author Chat

During the CFSRS, there will also be daily author Q&A chats in the Facebook group.  Q&A's will run from 6:00am Mountain Time to 11:59pm Mountain Time of the same day.  Comments on posts will enter participants in the giveaway for that given post.  This keeps participants excited about reading throughout the event.

Random winners are chosen from commenters on the post.  You will be notified via email when your book has been selected and you will send the book directly to the winner.

Requirements: One book will be given away for each author's Q&A session.  This book can be print, ebook, or winner's choice of print or ebook upon author's discretion.  Also, this option is limited to 31 sponsoring authors (1 author per day of the event), and will be closed once spots have been filled.

***Note:
  • Preferred, but not required, is that this book be different than the one you enter in one of the other challenges
  • For consideration: If your book was not published within the last five years, but you would still like it to be featured please contact CFSRS contributors.

3. Instagram Challenge

As part of CFSRS there will be a daily Instagram photo prompt.  The graphic with the daily prompts will be posted on SLB's feed a few days before the event begins.  Instagramers may participate as much or as little as they like.  But the more they participate, the more likely they will win a prize.  Participants will post a bookish picture related to the prompt using appropriate tags and hashtags.  This will enter them in a giveaway.  Random winners will be chosen from those participating in the month long challenge.  Winners will be selected weekly based on how many others choose to participate in this even.

***Note:
  • Preferred, but not required, is that this book be different than the one you enter in one of the other challenges
  • For consideration: If your book was not published within the last five years, but you would still like it to be featured please contact CFSRS contributors.

  3. I'm guessing this: Submit your application form(s) by June 15, 2019 is left from another time. We just learned this is open, so what's the deadline for turning in applications?
